「網をはる」「網にかかる」「網の目をくぐり抜ける」などと使われますね。

実際に海にはられた網に文字どおり「網にかかってしまった」潜水艇があったの

北朝鮮のスパイ活動の潜水艇が韓国沖で魚網にかかってしまったのです。

"網にかかる" はここでは  "get caught in a (fishing) net" となっている。

"法の網にかかる" は ”be caught in the cluches of the law" （clutch: 手中、支配）

 今回は「法の網」にかかったのか、単純に「魚を捕るための網」にかかったのか？

 それにしても、潜水艇なのだから、「網をくぐる」ことは出来なかったのかなぁ・・・
