We as Buyer are pleased to confirm this day our purchase from you as Seller, subject to all of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE FACE AND RESERVE SIDE HEREOF. If you find herein anything not in order, please let us know immediately. Otherwise, these terms and conditions shall be considered as extremely accepted by you, and constitute the ENTIRE AGREEMENT between the parties hereto.
1. Commodity : Lavender Flower Reference No. 1234
2. Quality : Similar to your sample No. 1234
3. Quantity : 4,200 Kgs (10%more or less at seller's option)
4. Packing : each 10 Kgs in a multi-ply paper bag suitable for export
5. Price : at F.Fr.39.00 per Kg C&F Kobe.
6. Shipment : November, 1997 from French port to Kobe, Japan.
7. Payment : T.T. Remittance after buyer's receipt and buyer's inspection of the cargo at the destination.
8. Fumigation : To be effected prior to the shipment and a fumigation certificate is to be included in the shipping documents.
9. Other condition:
1) Insurance is to be covered by the buyer.
2) Other necessary documents to include a phytosanitary certificate issued by government authorities.
3) Shipping documents should be sent directly to the buyer.
4) Consignee's name on the Bills of Lading shall be stated as Japan Tradelink Ltd., 1-39-3 Nishi Toride Ibaraki Japan.
