いる。これは3年前の１９９５年から3.4倍の増加したことになる。

More than a third of adults in the USA are online. That means 70.5
million (34.9 percent) of the 202 million U.S. adults use the Internet,
says a survey by Nielsen Media Research and CommerceNet, out Tuesday. 
Only 18 million were online when Nielsen did its first Internet survey 
in 1995; that's an increase of 340 percent in slightly more than three
years.
